Vets Trust, Dogs Love
“I highly recommend the DoggySpout water fountain for its ease of use, my dogs started using it right away, the quietness of the unit and how easy it was to put together and clean compared to other water fountains.”

“In my 6 years of being a vet, I’ve seen the difference that quality products can make in a dog’s long-term health. These stand out not just for their thoughtful design, but for how well they align with what we recommend in clinical care — from hydration to enrichment. It’s refreshing to find a brand that truly understands canine needs. I recommend them wholeheartedly to my clients.”

The water fountain is far superior to…
The water fountain is far superior to the plastic dog fountains. The replacement filters are awesome and always on time. I highly recommend this product and the company to others

Excellent device and service
The fountain is easy to clean and the water is always fresh and filtered. We have a subscription for the filter replacement and they've never missed. It helps to remind us to do it because the thing never gives us any problems...

Great products, caring company
Great customer service from a caring company. My dog loves the fountain - like any dog, he loves the faucet. He drinks more water now, too. I’ve had other dog fountains that didn't work nearly as well as this one.

Dogs do prefer running water
Dogs do prefer running water. Mine always wanted to drink out of the sink faucet. Now she can get water whenever she wants it!! I set the fountain on movement detection,

Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know before (and after) you order.
How often do I need to change the filters?
Filters should be replaced every 2 weeks to keep the water clean and fresh. With a subscription, replacements are delivered automatically, so you never have to remember.
Is DoggySpout safe for dogs?
Yes. DoggySpout is made from 304 food-grade stainless steel, is BPA-free, and is designed to reduce bacteria, slime, and mold commonly found in plastic bowls.
Will my dog actually drink more water?
Most dogs naturally prefer flowing water. DoggySpout’s faucet-style stream is designed to trigger that instinct, which is why 96% of dogs drink more compared to still bowls.
Is the fountain noisy?
No. The ultra-quiet pump runs at under 25 dB, making it quieter than a whisper. Even sensitive or skittish dogs won’t be disturbed.
How long does the battery last?
On a full charge, DoggySpout can last up to 30 days, depending on the mode you select.
Can I place it anywhere?
Yes. DoggySpout is 100% wireless, so you’re not limited by outlets or cords. Place it wherever your dog prefers to drink.
What if I have questions or need help?
Our support team is here for you. We respond to all inquiries in under 24 hours, and most messages are answered much sooner.
If you’re unsure about setup, filters, or anything at all, don’t hesitate to reach out, we’re happy to help.
How hard is it to clean?
Cleaning takes under 5 minutes, or you can place the stainless-steel parts in the dishwasher. No tiny parts or hard-to-reach crevices.
How much water does it hold?
The 4L / 135 oz capacity provides enough water for 12–13 days, depending on your dog’s drinking habits.
Is DoggySpout suitable for multiple dogs?
Yes. The wide design and large size make it ideal for multi-dog households. Many customers with 2+ dogs have reported their dogs sharing 1 fountain.
What if my dog doesn’t like it?
You’re covered by our 365-day money-back guarantee. Try DoggySpout risk-free and return it if it’s not the right fit.
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 24–48 hours. Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days, with free tracked shipping included.
